This policy describes how Gold Standard Solutions (“we”), the maker of Leafprint, handles information collected through leafprint.io. It covers this marketing website. Customers using the Leafprint portal are also subject to their customer agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, work email, company, type of business, and message.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process information such as IP address, browser, device, and pages requested, in order to deliver and protect the site.

Browser storage. We store your light or dark theme choice in your browser. The cost calculator runs in your browser, and its inputs are not sent to us.

How we use information

We use it to respond to your request, provide information on our products, operate and secure this site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, security, and form handling. They process information on our behalf for those purposes.

Visitor identification and analytics

This website does not currently run a visitor identification pixel or analytics tool. If we add one, we will update this policy first and explain what it records, how visits may be matched, and how to opt out.

Our customers' websites

Businesses that use Leafprint install a pixel on their own websites and decide how to use the results. If you visited one of those sites and have a question or request, contact that business. You can also write to us and we will help direct your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email hello@goldstandrd.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No online system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
